READY TOUSE
All DOLIUM® kegs come to your operation clean, sterile, and dry and ready to use. They are also pressurized at 1.0-bar with either CO2 or N2.
SAFETY
Only DOLIUM® offers an integrated Pressure Release Valve that guarantees the safety of the keg. If the keg becomes over pressurized due to temperature variation or fermentation, the PRV opens at 5.0-bar and blows off excess pressure --and then recloses at 2.0-bar without any loss of liquid.
