Any discrepancy in the products, both in terms of type and quantity, must be reported to the supplier within 7 days from the delivery date. If no issue is reported within this period, the products will be considered as complying with the order placed.
Should customers notice material damages, upon delivery of the order, it is necessary to accept the products with reserve and immediately call the customer service number 339 6878100 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
The same procedure should be followed in case the product is defective or non-complying with the order placed.
In order to obtain a return, you must fill out this form and send it via email to email@example.com.
Once the return has been authorised, the products can be sent, carriage paid and with all the relative documentation, to our warehouse, at:

The sender is responsible for the correct shipment of the returned products, which must be shipped with original packaging or otherwise well packed to avoid damage during transport.
